...if you don't ask, the answer is always no
...this is usually a 'servant' point of view

...no, there isn't
...this is just an excuse to procrastinate
...you were either late
...or you didn't try hard enough to achieve something

3. Eh kasi...
...it's the most poisonous phrase of all
...the precursor to an excuse
...take more responsibility for your actions
..."Mahirap na ang buhay" falls under this

4. Daw
...this is gossip
...you're either starting a vicious lie
...or repeating gossip of which you have no proof
...you don't want to take accountability for what you're saying that's why you say this
...'I'm just repeating what someone else said'
...you have no original opinion or original thought
...so you use someone else's

5. Ok lang yun...
...whenever you say this phrase, you're telling the recipient that 'it's ok for you to do it again'

6. Po and Opo
...it conditions children to submit to authority
...priming them up to be submissive servants in the future
...you're supposed to question authority, not blindingly follow them
