Filipinos and Insecurity

Ever notice that in every party or gathering you're in
...there always seems to be someone who is the "loudest" ??
...the one with the loudest voice
...the one with the wackiest outfit
...the one that just screams "notice me! notice me! look at me! look at me!"

Those are usually the people who are the most insecure.

I have noticed that Filipinos do that all too often
...that Black Eyed Peas song about Filipinos
...the Visionary Awards at the Kodak Theatre
...they also have their own 'Fiestas' in whatever country they are in
..."Look at us, we're FILIPINO, you guys!"

You don't see Americans going to Thailand and having a Thanksgiving Day Parade
...all the while saying "We're American! We're American! We're American!"

You don't see Germans going to Singapore and having an Oktoberfest celebration there
...all the while saying "We're German! We're German! We're German!"

You don't see Brazilians going to Hong Kong and having a Carnaval celebration there
...all the while saying "We're Brazilian! We're Brazilian! We're Brazilian!"

Why do Filipinos find this need to have Philippine celebrations in whatever country they are in
...they have their Fiestas in Germany and UAE
...it doesn't have to be Fiestas either it could be any 'group' activity that gets them noticed
...I wonder if it's true in the USA, UK, Singapore, and other countries as well

Filipinos make for such incredibly jealous lovers too
...have you ever heard a Filipino say to his partner "Go ahead and have fun..."

Instead you'll hear them say
..."Where are you going?"
..."How long will you be there?"
..."Who are you going with?"
..."What are you going to eat?"
..."What time are you coming back?"


So if you want a Filipino lover, get ready for that
...they're like blood-sucking parasites
